  • We offer a 30 Day full refund policy.
  • We provide unlimited email support and provide free phone support.
  • We offer customized help in Software setup, Report Options, Field use tips, etc.
  • All hardware warranty is handled through the original manufacturer.

Upgrade Policy

We periodically release minor upgrades and major upgrades for our software products. You'll know if a release is major or minor by the change in version number. For example, a minor upgrade will change a version number from v3.0 to v3.1. However, a major upgrade will change a version number from v3.0 to v4.0.

Minor Upgrades

Minor upgrades are free if you are a registered user for the software.
We do our best to send out minor upgrades or you can download minor upgrades from our website

Major Upgrades

If you are a registered user for the software, you can purchase a major upgrade for less than half the cost of the original program.

New features in an upgrade are listed on the individual software product website page to help you decide if you wish to purchase.

We will email you to notify you when major upgrades are available. You will also recieve an upgrade discount code if you decide to purchase the upgrade.

If a major upgrade is released within 60 days of your purchase, you will receive the new release for free.
